Resumo: The objective was to verify whether the impact of COVID-19 on physical activity and screen time was associated with the impact on quality of life and symptoms of anxiety and depression in a sample of Brazilian adults. The invitation was made through social networks and the collection was carried out through electronic research. There was a decrease in quality of life and physical activity, and an increase in symptoms of anxiety and depression and screen time. These findings are important for new strategies that promote physically active habits during the pandemic.
