The research aims to understand the urban evolution of Adamantina-SP through the extension of the railway which brought economic development to the region called Alta Paulista through the coffee expansion. The railway company was also responsible for urban development with a street route planning and blocks. There was a complex buildings of a railway, which until the 90s were still working, but now is practically abandoned and this monograph aims to study this industrial railroad heritage, the shed of FEPASA (Ferrovia Paulista SA) is located in a dilapidated urban setting into the perimeter of the railway which sets up an urban void. For many years the FEPASA's shed worked as a local storage of agricultural production in the region before being transported, however, from the 90s disabling the railway in Brazil led to the abandonment and hence the change functionality of railway buildings, and Adamantina was no different. For a long time the shed was at the mercy of the weather, degrading its physical structure along with the landscape of its surroundings. Recently the shed is underused as the City Hall has improperly ceded the place for micro-enterprises, which operate by services. The proposal aims to present guidelines for upgrading project of the railway heritage in order to allocate a new use for the building and for the environment along with guidelines for the preparation of public spaces that provide leisure, culture and sports to make the urban empty one pleasant, attractive and with vitality
