Resumo: By exploring the similarity of teleparallel gravity with electromagnetism, a global formulation for gravitation is developed, which is based on the gauge invariant action of a nonintegrable phase-factor. As an application, the phase shifts of both the Colella- Overhauser-Werner and the gravitational Aharonov-Bohm effects are obtained.
