The present project corresponds to a undergraduate thesis in which a product of press office was developed for the Municipal Secretary of Sports and Leisure (Semel) of Bauru. Realizing some communication failures in the institution in relation to the press, especially in the scenario of the Regional Games, a communication plan was produced that seeks to strengthen the image of the institution and publicize the participation of the city in the event in question, as well as giving visibilities and voice to the athletes. This project seeks to remedy the lack of communication with the press in Semel and highlight the importance of the Regional Games for the sports community of the municipality, presenting a plan of actions with the use of communication strategies and also providing models of press office materials and evaluation tools for the improvement of future plans
