Patients suffering from carcinomas are often subjected to surgical resection of the affected area, showing postoperative sequelae with complex anatomical contours. This paper aims to present the prosthetic rehabilitation of a patient who underwent partial mandibulectomy and pharyngeal surgical resection. The anatomical complexity resulting from surgical excision of affected areas by carcinoma complicated the talks and feeding of patients in addition to compromising their psychological sphere. The treatment proposed in this case was the making of dentures modified, and the prosthesis would be extended until the complete filling of the slit and the bottom would be based only on the remaining alveolar ridge. Besides maneuvering to get a cast that perfectly copied the anatomy of the pharyngeal region affected, to obtain a bilateral balanced occlusion was another challenge to be faced. After installation, the modified denture stability stomathognatic recovered lost and allowed the patient to return to your normal routine of life
