Resumo: At present, the worldwide scenery is suffering a reorganization in the geopolitical context, mainly after the crisis of 2008. Making possible a transfer of power for the hands of the developing countries. The appearance of the countries that composes the acronym BRICS - Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa, brings alternatives to a rearrangement in the international policies, where groups hegemonic could be dissolved and homogenized powers. Re-shaping the geopolitical tray and preparing new social and economic policies
