The present paper discusses: Low vision in school. It aims at clarifying issues relate to the difficulties students with low vision face during the learning process and mentions the methods and ways of minimizing the problem. The objective of this study was to find out which resources were available for students with low vision, describe them, if they were used and how. This research is a descriptive study and was performed in two elementary school. Questionnaires and observations were used to collect data. The result shows that both, municipal and state schools visited have appropriate resources for the students with low vision. Data also show that teachers in these schools are aware of some resources, but are not prepared to use them. We hope this study enhances discussions and reflections in the school so that teachers learn how to introduce special changes in the classroom to meet the needs of the students. Several other researches have also confirmed adequacies that make the syllabus available to benefit the student with low vision, and all the other students as well
