Resumo: Flower Mary is a 2D digital animation that is about acceptance. This theme is developed through the story of Mary, a girl born with flowers in her hair - and, her condition makes her pass through lots of adverse situation. The film is a coming of age, showing, at the same time, her development and her growing up. It uses the resource of narration to complement the story, with a glimpse of poetry, treatening a complicated theme with lightness. The intention of the short movie and also of this report is to promote reflexion about the theme, as much as secondaries themes as representativity of woman in media and animation and so to provoque transformation in it's viewer

Esse tema é desenvolvido através da história de Maria, uma menina que nasceu com flores nos cabelos - e claro, sua condição a faz passar por várias situações adversas. A animação é no estilo coming of age mostrando, ao mesmo tempo, o desenvolvimento da personagem e seu crescimento. Usa-se do artifício da narração para complementar a história, com um tom de poesia, de maneira a tratar um tema complicado com certa leveza.
