In the context of geomorphological and neotectonic studies Morphostructure is an important aspect for analysis is based on the penckiana premise internal and external forces, through a set of processes responsible for the genesis of patterned relief . Thus, Morphostructure is defined as a result of the action of climate and tectonics. The objective of this work is to outline the framework of morphostructural area comprised by the IBGE topographic sheets Santo Antonio da Platina and Ribeirão do Pinhal scale 1:50,000 into the context of the Cinzas River Basin ( PR ). A geological structures morphostructural analysis of the study area was conducted outlining the structural lineaments and anomalies of relief and drainage associated with the slope map, beyond the compilation of geological and geomorphological data to from basic documents ( SRTM images at 1:250,000, MDT and topographic maps at 1:50,000 and literature ) . The partitioning obtained morphostructural area comprises eight compartments. The morphostructural analysis is important to understand the formation and evolution of landforms in the study area morphostructural framework is outlined by lineaments associated with fracture zones and pre - existing fault and contacts between different meso - Paleozoic geological formations
