Resumo: The use of tetracycline in Odontogenesis period induces the formation of spots ranging from light yellow, brown, light gray or dark gray, depending on the period and the given dose. Having a great esthetic of teeth, adhesive ceramic restorations used for minimally invasive preparations are an important ally for the resolution of the complaint of patients. This case report presented a patient with dental stains caused by the use of tetracycline and aimed to present the planning and execution of ceramic laminates for staining tetracycline grade III. The case presented addressed the clinical protocol step-by-step from planning, implementation and monitoring of the patient. The ceramic selected along with planning and minimally invasive preparations showed a highly aesthetic result and gave comfort and health for the patient

Havendo um grande comprometimento estético dos elementos dentários, as restaurações cerâmicas adesivas utilizadas para os preparos minimamente invasivos são um importante aliado para a resolução da queixa dos pacientes. Este relato de caso apresentou uma paciente com manchas dentarias causada pelo uso da tetraciclina e teve como objetivo apresentar o planejamento e execução de laminados cerâmicos para manchamento de tetraciclina grau III. O caso clínico apresentado abordou o protocolo clínico passo-a-passo desde o planejamento, execução e acompanhamento do paciente.
