Resumo: The great demand for cultural and phytosanitary treatments has prompted grape growers to seek alternatives to reduce thes coste, of diseases management programs low impact. To offer an alternative for disease management the objective ef this study was to determine the effect of different concentrations of aqueous extracts and hydroethanolic extracts of Momordica charantia and Lafoensia pacari, neem oil and essential oils of Thymus vulgaris, Cinnamomum zeylanicum, Cinnamomum camphora, Melaleuca alternifolia, and neem oil against Plasmopara viticola, Phakopsora euvitis, Elsinoe ampelina, Oidium tuckeri, Fusicoccum aesculi and Lasiodiplodia sp., the etiological agents of downy mildew, rust, anthracnose, powdery mildew and down rot of the vine, respectively. In the first experiment in vitro with aqueous extracts and hydroethanolic against E. ampelina, there was a significant interaction between the concentration of M. charantia extract and ways of obtaining in the extracts percentage of inhibition of mycelial growth (PIMG) and conidia germination (PIG). The PIMG and PIG on aqueous extract were, on average, smaller than those observed in the presence of hydroethanolic extract. The aqueous and hydroethanolic extracts of L. pacari showed no differences significant at concentrations above in the 20% (v/v) inhibition of mycelial growth of E. ampelina. The PIG was higher when the E. ampelina was submitted to hydroethanolic extract of L. pacari, but there was no significant differences among the concentrations of the extracts above 10% (v/v) concentration. The aqueous and hydroethanolic extracts of M. charantia and L. pacari inhibited the mycelial growth of Lasiodiplodia sp. However, by aqueous extracts of L. pacari at 5%, 10% and 15% (v/v) stimulated the mycelial growth of F. aesculi. The conidia germination of O. tuckeri was inhibited by aqueous and hydroethanolic extracts of M. charantia and L. pacari, at levels similar to the fungicide ...
