The irrigation and fertigation techniques are high potential of economic revenue they encourage increased productivity and crop quality. On the other hand, when used erroneously result in degradation of soil and water contamination. This project aims to address countryfield properties in the municipality, with respect to improvements in the process of irrigation and application of fertilizers via irrigation water (fertirrigation). As the growing field are very heterogeneous, they were first raised the climate characteristics, soil and irrigation equipment. In the second stage were installed the necessary equipment for data acquisition and climate monitoring soil moisture content as well as the uniformity and efficiency of irrigation systems. Also were taken information about the drive system of irrigation, power grid and the main crops grown on the countryfield. In a third step all the information gathered were processed in Irrisimples® software responsible for making estimates of water consumption by plants. The software output are tables containing information that assist farm producers in making decisions about the timing and the right amount of water to be replaced by irrigation system. It is held fortnightly visit the properties supported by the project and supplied to the producers the tables generated by Irrisimples® . The benefits achieved with irrigation management will be comparisons to periods prior to the implementation of the project, analyzing the cost of electricity used and reactive of pumping some systems, as well as the quantities of fertilizers applied in previous crops.
