This graduation project addresses the implementation of the Pillars of Quality tool in injection and painting of thermoplastics of a car factory to ensure the correct execution of the process control plans (PCPs) established by the company's engineering department. Mentioned control plans are made using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) methodology. From these existing information, all processes were analyzed from the perspective of PCPs to then define which pillars to create. Next, professionals responsible for each pillar were defined and the board for control of the audit of the pillars was built. This board allows all employees to see the status of each pillar. The results obtained after the tool application left no doubt that the Pillars of Quality assists in the management of processes within the plant and contributes directly to the products meeting the quality standards required by the company's engineering department. However, it is important to emphasize that the challenge to reach all the tool's potential is people, it is important the cooperation of all involved. Leadership must understand the tool usage and check if the audits are being made at the predefined frequency and the responsible for each pillar must understand the importance of conducting the audit properly and on schedule
