A motor vehicle can improove its performance to overcome situations with most different kinds of ground if equipped with more than one drive axle, thinking about this condition, all wheel drive vehicle were developed. Across the years, started a new kind of motorsport, where these vehicles were applied to ride through these terrains as a recreational activity. Indded, with the development of the Sport, the OEM parts became undersized to the forces applied to then. With this need, a new model of front drive axle became necessary, to hold the loads of the vehicle weight and to transfer all the torq applied by the powertrain.In this project, were studied the main steering geometries, to build a articulated knuckle to be applied in a front drive axle in a four Wheel drive vehicle
