Envelhecimento humano : ações motivadoras para a prática de exercícios físicos

Resumo: | To yearn for the human aging process with life quality, different actions are proposed not only the physical practice but self-care actions, essential in searching of a health old age. The main specific objective of this study aim to understand the subject in relation to the human aging, investigate the actions of self-care would identify the physical exercises incorporate its benefits obtained under the look of healthy human aging process. The sample certified in seven people with aged 45 to 59 years old, five females and 2 male, performers of physical exercises for over 3 years in a Gym A in a town called Ijuí. The research presented a descriptive character with qualitative approach. The collected data instrument certified the semi structure interview, which was recorded and written in totality, identifying the participants as people in alphabetic order and Italics letters, without modifying the data transcription and the anonymity. The data were collected during the month of February of 2011, following a schedule of appointments and locals with to the sample research peole. The categories to the analyses and discussions were formulated by a data collected and to a better development of chapters arguing were used among the authors related to the referencial theory, the saying of interviewers and the discussions of researchers. Reporting the following, the man action motivated from people in the continuity of practicing physical exercises. Distinguishing the actions of self care people, the following process: Keep a routine of physical exercises, preventive medicine, use sunscream, careand about aesthetics, keep a balanced food and appropriated sleep, enjoy the work and leisure moments. The physical exercises of muscular strengthen and cardio-respiratory, concomitantly with stretching exercises were incorporated by those persons in the study. The benefits obtained with these practices were obtained: reduction in the ostemuscular pains, to tone up the muscles and keeping the lean body mass, improvement of health and quality of life, helping the preventions to keep the autonomy in the old ages and also the delay of human aging process |

Diante disso, os objetivos específicos desta pesquisa visam a compreender o entendimento dos sujeitos em relação ao processo do envelhecimento humano, investigar as ações de autocuidado, bem com identificar os exercícios físicos incorporados e seus respectivos benefícios obtidos com um olhar sobre o envelhecimento humano saudável. A amostra constou de sete sujeitos entre 45 a 59 anos de idade, sendo cinco do gênero feminino e dois do masculino, praticantes de exercícios físicos há mais de três anos na Academia A do município de Ijuí/RS. A pesquisa apresentou caráter descritivo com abordagem qualitativa. O instrumento de coleta dos dados constou da entrevista semiestruturada, a qual foi gravada e transcrita na íntegra, identificando os participantes como sujeitos em ordem alfabética e com letras itálicas, sem alteração na transcrição dos dados e com manutenção do seu anonimato. Os dados foram coletados no mês de fevereiro de 2011, seguindo um cronograma de agendamento de horários e locais com os sujeitos da amostra da pesquisa. As categorias para as análises e discussões foram formuladas a partir da coleta dos dados e para melhor desenvolvimento dos capítulos utilizaram-se arguições entre os autores citados no referencial teórico, as falas dos entrevistados e as discussões do pesquisador. Reportaram-se, a seguir, as principais ações motivadoras dos sujeitos na continuidade da prática de exercícios físicos. Salientam-se as ações de autocuidado dos sujeitos, entre elas: manter uma rotina de exercícios físicos, fazer a medicina preventiva, usar protetor solar, cuidar da estética, manter uma alimentação equilibrada e um sono adequado, curtir os momentos no trabalho e no lazer. Os exercícios físicos de fortalecimento muscular e cardiorrespiratórios, concomitantemente com os exercícios de alongamento, foram incorporados pelos sujeitos da pesquisa. Os benefícios obtidos com estas práticas foram os elencados: diminuição das dores osteomusculares, tonificação da musculatura e manutenção da massa corporal magra, melhoramento da saúde e da qualidade de vida, auxílio na prevenção para manter a autonomia na velhice, e também retardamento do processo do envelhecimento humanoMade available in DSpace on 2018-01-10T18:10:09Z (GMT).
