Resumo: Abstract: This article aims to analyze poverty and exclusion in the modern conjuncture, based on the right to sustainable economic development. The development of this article is carried out in four sections. The first deals with the idea of sustainable development, followed by the analysis of sustainable economic development in the second section. The third section deals with the relationship between citizenship and the right to development. The last section addresses the right to sustainable economic development in the fight against poverty and social exclusion. The difficulty of finding forms of social insertion leads to the urgent need to rebuild the State in the quest to combat poverty and social exclusion, to the effectiveness of citizenship, starting from the right to have rights, as well as the concreteness of the human right to development. Development assistance to poor countries emerges, it is urgent that coordinated actions be taken by rich countries as well as by the poor themselves, reflecting the realization and realization of rights to development and development through a global pact for the right to development.Keywords: Citizenship. Right to development. Sustainable development.Resumo: O presente artigo tem o objetivo analisar a pobreza e a exclusão na conjuntura moderna, tendo como base o direito ao desenvolvimento econômico sustentável. O desenvolvimento deste artigo é realizado em quatro seções. Na primeira, aborda-se a ideia de desenvolvimento sustentável, seguida pela análise do desenvolvimento econômico sustentável na segunda seção. Na terceira seção, trata-se da relação entre cidadania e o direito ao desenvolvimento. Na última seção, aborda-se o direito ao desenvolvimento econômico sustentável no esforço de combate à pobreza e à exclusão social. A dificuldade de encontrar formas de inserção social conduz à necessidade urgente de reconstrução do Estado na busca do combate à pobreza e à exclusão social, à efetivação da cidadania, partindo do direito a ter direitos, assim como a concretude do direito humano ao desenvolvimento. Verifica-se que a assistência ao desenvolvimento dos países pobres emerge urge a realização de ações coordenadas dos países ricos, bem como dos próprios pobres, refletindo na efetivação e concretização dos direitos ao desenvolvimento e do desenvolvimento, por meio de um pacto global pelo direito ao desenvolvimento.Palavras-chave: Cidadania.
