The society 5.0 as an instrument for the promotion of social rights in Brazil

The concepts of Society 5.0 were presented by the Japanese government as an important part of a public policy in favor of innovation, economy, State and society. This article discusses Society 5.0 and its effects on the promotion of Social Rights in Brazil. The paper uses a qualitative approach, with a deductive focus on information analysis, based on secondary bibliographic research of books, articles, legislation, statistical data from government and private studies, among others. The objectives are to present the evolution of society, relating them to industrial revolutions; characterize Society 5.0; and to point out the main aspects that promote social rights brought in the concepts of this society. Consequently, it demonstrates that the pillars of Society 5.0 are in line with social rights, where State intervention guarantees fundamental rights, by implementing planned, articulated and regulated actions in public policies and in its legislation.
