The Performance of the Psychologist in the Health Promotion

Resumo: The Single Health System understood as new formularization politics and of organization aims at to prevention of illnesses and the protection and recovery of health. They are part of these actions those directed toward the Health Promotion, guided for the improvement of the quality of life. In the scope of the Basic Attention, these actions, many of the times, are in charge of the professional psychologists. The article analyzes the challenges ranks for performance of these professionals in the development of its action, taking as base the study of developed case enters the primary care units (PCU) of a region of the city of Vitória‑ES. The research if developed by means of interviews with the psychologists of PCU and with systematic accompaniment of the actions. It was observed that, although still actions of private and individual character to persist, were possible to perceive an effort in the affirmation of a new position enter the professionals.

Hacia parte de las acciones las acciones dirigido a la Promoción de la Salud dirigido para la mejora de la calidad de la vida. En el alcance de la atención básica, éstos acciones, muchas de los tiempos, están a cargo de los psicólogos profesionales. El artículo analiza los desafios para el funcionamiento de éstos profesionales en el desarrollo de su acción, tomando mientras que la base el estudio del caso desarrollado incorpora las unidades de la salud de una región de la ciudad de la vitória‑ES. La investigación si está convertido por medio de entrevistas con los psicólogos de las unidades y con el acompañamiento sistemático de las acciones. Fue observado que, aunque las acciones inmóviles del carácter individual y privado a persistir, eran posibles percibir un esfuerzo en la afirmación de una nueva posición inscriben a profesionales.O Sistema Único de Saúde é compreendido como uma nova formulação política e organizacional que visa à prevenção de doenças e à proteção e à recuperação da saúde. Fazem parte dessas ações aquelas voltadas para a Promoção da Saúde, orientadas para a melhoria da qualidade de vida. No âmbito da Atenção Básica, essas ações, muitas vezes, ficam a cargo dos profissionais psicólogos. O artigo analisa os desafios postos para atuação desses profissionais no desenvolvimento de suas ações, tomando como base o estudo de caso desenvolvido entre as Unidades de Saúde de uma região do município de Vitória-ES. A pesquisa se desenvolveu por meio de entrevistas com os psicólogos das Unidades e com acompanhamento sistemático das ações.
