Resumo: This thesis, though apparently deals with issues concerning the Cochlear Implant, its object collides an analysis than visuoimperceptual order authorizing the operation of body modification involving the overlapping between man and machine: the creation of discursive clinical language, legal and biological order in interpersonal plots and by the person who declares itself cyborg bionic ear and ends up involved the idea of the formation of other identities and their own community. In proposing think of other identities, often subjetivadas by the person with a cochlear implant, you need to list their bifurcations in power of the territory: implanted deaf, implanted, people with cochlear implants, and cyborg cyborg bionic ear. All make up the group calling itself: cyborg community. Ao propor pensar em outras identidades ou em identidades outras como meio de desdobramento da linguagem que na ordem do discurso são quase sempre subjetivadas pela pessoa com implante coclear, é necessário elencar suas bifurcações no território do poder que se apresentam sob a forma de representações nominativas: surdo implantado, implantado, pessoa com implante coclear, ciborgue e ciborgue de ouvido biônico. Todos compõem o grupo que se autodenomina: comunidade de ciborgues. É por meio da constatação da existência de grupos/comunidades sistêmicas que foi possível entender que há na relação estabelecida entre as pessoas ciborgues de ouvido biônico, uma espécie de elo estético que alimenta a necessidade da hibridação homem-aparelho simplificando-a sob a forma de uma identidade fundamentada na representação de classe: ciborgue. O que aqui é explicitado tem como base visitações diárias, no período de 2 anos, a três comunidades formadas por pessoas ciborgues de ouvido biônico e seus familiares sendo seus membros pessoas de todos os estados do Brasil e de alguns outros países como Argentina, Chile, Paraguai, México, Uruguai e Portugal. Em função da complexidade de seu conteúdo, porque todo ele tem como ponto de partida a pessoa surda e a surdez como criação da indústria cultural da normalidade/anormalidade, perpassa pelo sujeito reparado e todo o poder que sustenta o discurso da reabilitação, e chega no sujeito ciborgue de ouvido biônico como objeto criado clinicamente segundo as necessidades político econômicas da indústria biotecnológica. Por isso, nesta tese, não se trata apenas de analisar a relação de sujeitos que tiveram seus corpos alterados por meio da tecnologia intraorgânica, mas de todo jogo de linguagem e poder que o cerca e que pela pessoa surda ou implantada é subjetivado. Há um jogo performático que inclui em sua trama e regra publicidade, instâncias criativas de persuasão, desenho e organização gráfica do corpo ciborgue, forma e condição, narrativas repetitivas e promessas de cura e reabilitação sob a justificativa de avanços para melhoramentos do/no corpo. A pessoa sujeitada a este esquema discursivo/linguagem sucumbe a sua intenção: produzir um novo conceito de corpo formado por peças orgânicas e peças inorgânicas, matéria viva e matéria morta. O sujeito da situação, doravante denominado por esta tese como ciborgue de ouvido biônico é, entre outras possibilidades quando analisado, resultado do que Michel Foucault (1926-1984) procurou explorar como biopolítica e biopoder e consequentemente, embora não tenha sido explorado por ele diretamente porque é um conceito que entra em cena na contemporaneidade, do biocapital. O cerne da questão que envolve o prefixo “bio” e que compõe os conceitos de biopolítica, biopoder e biocapital, está ancorado na antiguidade. Na maioria das vezes e quase sempre, as políticas públicas que deveriam tutelar e proteger o cidadão, quando se trata dos surdos e dos ciborgues de ouvido biônico, a fragilidade da proteção estatal passa a ser sua marca. Mas esta é a função, primeira, do biopoder: marcar. Ciborgues de ouvido biônico tem sua demarcação nas relações sociais: são, a priori, híbridos. O surdo, a surdez, o ciborgue de ouvido biônico e o ouvinte são nomenclaturas que/ou estão amparadas pelo Estado ou banidas pela vida que se encontra no domínio jurídico-político. Ainda que a palavra “jurídico” faça menção a questões legais, sua gênese esbarra na construção de juízo, quase sempre ou na maioria das vezes, na criação de linguagem clínica. É pela produção de linguagem clinicamente constituída que identidades normativas e funcionais se tornaram regra nas relações interpessoais desde o século XIX – como pode ser observado nos escritos de Michel Foucault (Op.Cit.), vide a condição de normalidade e anormalidade prescrita e posta em cena pela enciclopédia médica ao longo dos séculos XIX e XX. Neste ponto de vista, Foucault (Op.Cit.) e Canguilhem (1904-1995) concordam entre si. Sob a perspectiva do controle, a biopolítica, o biopoder e o biocapital, embora sejam correlacionados, são evoluções do poder. Em ordem decrescente, se o século XXI vivência um corpo que está autorizado de modo jurídico-político a ser alterado, e consequentemente clama uma identidade para si, sua nominação como ciborgue de ouvido biônico atende a uma ordem para esquematização do controle sobre seu corpo. Biocapital, é a vida inscrita, sob a forma de capital biológico, feito produto e/ou coisa, mas que está sob o controle do Estado na medida em que este representa o próprio liberalismo em demasia: as pessoas podem comprar seus corpos, membros e órgãos num catálogo como se estivessem num supermercado. A oferta e a procura, no mercado, agora tem relação com a reconfiguração do corpo no qual e pelo qual encontra-se um esvaziamento estético e sua gradual substituição por um senso cosmético. Como foi declarado por uma mãe, responsável pela escolha da implantação do dispositivo intraorgânico em/de seu filho: ficamos até o final da vida atrelados a uma empresa que cobra o quanto quiser para fazer a manutenção da orelha do meu filho. Às vezes, nem tem peça porque tiram de linha determinado modelo e não produzem mais. A manutenção é cara e eu tive a sorte de ganhar o processo que determina que seus custos sejam cobertos pelo plano de saúde. O SUS também implanta, mas a qualidade é bem inferior1. Enfim, ainda que não esteja bem definido as leis que garantam o direito das pessoas com implante coclear a um produto com qualidade e que assegure o alcance da “cura”, o mercado define seu cotidiano na medida em que provoca uma relação entre empresa e consumidor. Neste sentido, o ciborgue de ouvido biônico é proposto a ser, por analogia, interpretado como Vida Nua porque ele vive a mercê do julgamento alheio. Como foi possível verificar, espera entre tantas outras coisas, seu lugar na sociedade como algo definido e que lhe possibilite representação institucional no território político. Embora o ciborgue de ouvido biônico seja uma realidade na contemporaneidade, seu capital simbólico está em construção porque mesmo sua condição enquanto pessoa permanece numa zona de interstício: é um humano maquínico e/ou uma máquina humanizada. Óbvio que a busca para uma possível definição não foi simples, mas a tese aponta que as pessoas submetidas ao implante coclear se relacionam entre si se autodenominando ciborgues. Para eles, ciborgue é o meio pelo qual se define um organismo melhorado tecnologicamente. Seu princípio esbarra em acordos internacionais e de interesse econômico e de mercado. Contudo, o biocapital, ou suas provocações no território do controle, não estariam ativas se toda uma ação do biopoder não tivesse sido articulada desde o século XIX e se aperfeiçoado, em seu percurso secular, no século XXI. O biopoder, em nome da subjetividade humana, em todo o século XX procurou travar uma batalha de classes sociais, regimes de governança, lutas identitárias: superficiais e violentas. Criou verdades e por meio delas aferiu juízos, impôs uma moral para todo e qualquer corpo em nível de: sexo, gênero, raça e natureza. A ciência positiva que avançava no século XX, propunha pensar a vida e sua existência sob a ótica das classificações e como consequência possibilitou que a identidade de cada um fosse elevada à condição de categoria de grupo: estes, sob o domínio do biopoder, estavam prescritos segundo a hereditariedade, a realidade econômica e territorial e unidos sob o laço imaginário de sua comunidade. Os aparelhos ideológicos do Estado (como proposto por Althusser 1918-1990) tratavam de ensinar e manter ativo a linguagem para criação dos idênticos; da qual a diferença não escapa. Toda diferença, como apontado pela tese, é uma demarcação negativa quando relacionada a identidade matriz, mas é também o indício e demarcação de uma “identidade outra” quando agrupada em comunidade. A biopolítica, o biopoder e o biocapital, em síntese, constituem a força de domínio que proponho ser compreendida como visuoimperceptual. Ela tira a autonomia dando a impressão de atuar por meio dela. Surdos, ouvintes, surdos naturais e ciborgues de ouvido biônico (pessoas com implante coclear) estão neste jogo triangular e visuoimperceptual. Disputam entre si o palanque da razão e tentam, cada qual com seus argumentos, convencer que sua forma de vida está na ordem da razão, da melhor escolha, da evolução humana. No fundo, de um buraco sem fundo, quando se escava para buscar respostas numa tentativa arqueológica, o que se encontra são camadas e camadas de identidade, quase todas vazias e frias feito coisa morta da qual emana a alegoria para a vida cotidiana. A frieza nas relações parece ser própria do cotidiano. Estão sobrepostas sob a forma de conquista, mas não dizem nada sobre a pessoa que a incorpora. O que sobra, como pode ser constatado após ler e analisar, inúmeras postagens dos grupos na rede social formados por pessoas com implante coclear e seus familiares, parece ser a angústia, decepção, medo (quando o implante coclear não dá certo). Contudo, não seria possível pensar em biocapital e biopoder se no final do século XIX a vida não tivesse sido inscrita no controle do Estado: ato de governança. A biopolítica é o esqueleto que dá suporte para o desencadeamento de toda estrutura da nova forma de poder sobre a vida: o biocapital. A biologia, mais que um estudo sobre a vida, retoma e empresta o conceito de Bios e numa releitura, propõe, mais que interpretações; determina prescrições. O Bios em Biopolítica, biopoder e biocapital é a vida prescrita clinicamente e tutelada pela ordem do Estado. O que não significa que sua vida esteja protegida completamente. O Estado é ardiloso. Eis a necessidade de apresentar uma tese em III Volumes. Cada volume trata gradativamente, tendo como eixo norteador o implante coclear, a evolução da biopolítica para o biopoder e do biopoder para o biocapital. Como consequência, trata da construção das identidades, dos trabalhos gráficos, do discurso e da linguagem clinicamente criada e posta em circulação por meio dos Aparelhos Ideológicos do Estado. Suas produções chegam a população, que dela se serve, em escala industrial. Trata, também, da subjetivação do corpo robótico ou do humano elétrico-maquínico e dos modos como se relacionam em sua comunidade. Não seria possível explorar tamanho território se os temas como: problemas da contemporaneidade provocados pela produção de linguagem clínico-discursiva, a educação pelas identidades e a indústria cultural da normalidade; produção cinematográfica e genética, o discurso secreto do DNA, o ser humano como inscrição e o corpo como produto no mercado – patentes, séries, modelos e afins entre a ficção e a realidade; sobre os percalços provocados pelo uso da tecnologia intraorgânica na contemporaneidade, discursos vazios e subjetividade ciborgue, não fossem desdobrados, cada qual, em volumes independentes. Ao mesmo tempo, todos os temas obedecem uma sequência didático/metodológica que resulta na facilitação de seu entendimento e correlações. Cada volume retrata episódios concomitantes e/ou, embora em tempos diferentes, estão entrelaçados pela proposta do controle visuoimperceptual. No entanto, é possível ler os volumes numa sequência, e por isso, as numerações contidas em suas páginas obedecem uma ordem linear. Mas é possível lê-los separadamente, ou ler os volumes buscando informações entre eles por meio das indicações marcadas em alguns parágrafos. Por exemplo, do volume I é possível “saltar” para o volume III e compreender sobre alguns assuntos com maior profundidade porque todos os volumes têm a intenção de se comunicarem, as indicações de imersão entre os volumes estarão no rodapé de suas páginas. Portanto, é possível fazer uma leitura imersiva, de modo não totalmente linear na medida em que o modo como foi pensada a tese, permite ir e vir – na busca de informações – entre os volumes. Por fim, acredito ser valioso informar que toda esta tese tem como característica ser provocativa. description This thesis, though apparently deals with issues concerning the Cochlear Implant, its object collides an analysis than visuoimperceptual order authorizing the operation of body modification involving the overlapping between man and machine: the creation of discursive clinical language, legal and biological order in interpersonal plots and by the person who declares itself cyborg bionic ear and ends up involved the idea of the formation of other identities and their own community. In proposing think of other identities, often subjetivadas by the person with a cochlear implant, you need to list their bifurcations in power of the territory: implanted deaf, implanted, people with cochlear implants, and cyborg cyborg bionic ear. All make up the group calling itself: cyborg community. It is through the finding of groups / systemic communities it was possible to understand that there is the relationship established between the cyborgs people bionic ear, a kind of aesthetic link that feeds the need for man-machine hybridization simplifying it in the form of an identity: cyborg. What is here explained has the daily visitations basis, within 2 years, the three communities formed by cyborgs people bionic ear and their families and its members people from all states of Brazil and some other countries like Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Uruguay and Portugal. Depending on the complexity of its content, because all it takes as its starting point the deaf person and deafness as creation of cultural industry normality / abnormality, moves through the repaired subject and all the power that sustains the discourse of rehabilitation, and arrives in subject cyborg bionic ear as clinically object created in the economic political needs of the biotechnology industry.
