(In)disciplina em meio escolar: uma abordagem histórico-cultural

Resumo: The study is based on the historical-cultural conception which considers human being as a product of social relations experienced in his social cultural environment and in continuous process that goes from inter to intra subjective plan. Accordingly, instead of understanding discipline and indiscipline in schooled environment as an inherent phenomenon of the student or from personal and familiar causes, it is analyzed from the point of view of human relations in the ambit, social practices above all pedagogical practices. Thus, the object of study is being seen from conception of its constitution in institutions social relations, with implications on pedagogic and scholars practices. This research sought to investigate the conditionings of scholars discipline and indiscipline in a public school of basic teaching from state system elementary, located in a district on the outskirts of the São Paulo city. The general purpose was to identify what to have on operation different behaviors for cases of schooled indiscipline. The prescriptive bibliographic search for the investigation countersigned many searchers/authors with varieties conceptions about schooled discipline and indiscipline. From the theorical point of the view, differentes references like Durkheim and Foucault was utilized to gainst definitions of discipline in front a new concept/definition of contemporary paradigm. The collection of data was done, mainly, through direct observation, report/account, practice experiences and applications of questionaries between a period of 2012 to 2013 years. Parents, teachers and students participate in interviews, deposition and they answer questions. This search evidenced that such as discipline as indiscipline is historical and it makes part of process of transformation realized by indi-vidual as subject in action in the world, who is in continuous process of transformation and continuous learning which are realized by internalization mediated in social and cultural environment in which subject lives. Whatever the results further indicated that there is a necessity to practice regularized action above frequency of students who participate in episodes of indiscipline, and that is problem from school. Thus it was possible to confirm that, what produced/operate discipline and indiscipline in schooled environment, are many kinds types of factors themselves; however, we detect that what motivates for its proliferation or for its control is quality of management .

Nesse sentido, ao contrário de se compreender a disciplina e a indisciplina em meio escolar como um fenômeno inerente às condições próprias do aluno, tanto pessoais quanto familiares, ela é analisada do ponto de vista das relações humanas no âmbito das práticas sociais e sobretudo das pedagógicas. Dessa forma, o objeto de estudo é visto a partir da concepção de sua constituição nas relações sociais institucionais, com implicações nas práticas pedagógicas e escolares. A pesquisa buscou investigar os condicionantes da disciplina e indisciplina escolares em uma escola pública de ensino básico da rede estadual de ensino, localizada em um bairro da periferia da cidade de São Paulo. O objetivo geral da pesquisa foi identifcar o que operacionalizava a indisciplina em meio escolar . A pesquisa bibliográfica norteadora para a investigação referendou autores diversos e concepções diversas acerca da disciplina e indisciplina em meio escolar. Do ponto de vista teórico, referências diferenciadas como as de Durkheim e Foucault foram utilizadas a fim de contrastar definições de disciplina frente a um novo conceito de paradigma contemporâneo. A coleta de dados foi realizada, principalmente, com a observação direta, depoimentos, experiências práticas e aplicação de questionários entre os anos de 2012 e 2013. Pais, professores e alunos participaram de entrevistas, produziram depoimentos e responderam perguntas. Esta pesquisa constatou que tanto a disciplina quanto a indisciplina é histórica e inerente ao ser humano - sujeito em ação no mundo - em processo de transformação e aprendizagem constantes, realizadas por meio de internalizações mediadas pelo meio social e cultural em que o indivíduo vive. No entanto, a análise dos resultados indicou que em meio escolar há a necessidade de se exercer a ação reguladora sobre a frequência de discentes que participam de eventos de indisciplina, e que isso cabe à escola.
