Resumo: | The woman or any person who is in the administration of a project or a company must, of course, be perfectly in tune with the objectives of the Project and to do so, she must put Compliance into practice. The word "compliance" has its etymological origin in the English verb "to comply", which means to act according to predetermined rules; an order, a set of norms. In the corporate environment, compliance is related to compliance, to corporate integrity, that is, to the fact that the company is complete. It means being in line with the rules of and for the company, which must be carefully observed and complied with. These rules vary according to the activities carried out by the company, and are not limited to cases of corruption, that is, they may involve labor, tax, regulatory, competitive obligations, among others. It can be seen that, currently, gender discrimination that has occurred in the corporate environment, often with the so-called glass ceiling, is really harmful to women, who end up suffering from not getting leadership positions and having a salary disparity compared to men occupying the city. same working position. O vocábulo “compliance” tem como origem etimológica o verbo em inglês “to comply”, que significa agir de acordo com regras predeterminadas; uma ordem, um conjunto de normas. No ambiente corporativo, compliance está relacionado à conformidade, à integridade corporativa, ou seja, ao fato de a empresa ser íntegra. Significa estar alinhado às regras da e para a empresa, que devem ser observadas e cumpridas atentamente. Essas regras são variáveis de acordo com as atividades desenvolvidas pela empresa, não se resumindo apenas a casos de corrupção, ou seja, elas podem envolver obrigações trabalhistas, fiscais, regulatórias, concorrenciais, entre outras. Vê-se que, atualmente, a discriminação de gênero ocorrida no ambiente corporativo, muitas vezes com o chamado teto de vidro, é deveras prejudicial à mulher, que acaba por sofrer não conseguindo cargos de chefia e tendo disparidade salarial se comparada com homens ocupantes da mesma posição laboral. Desta forma, a presente Tese tem o objetivo de trazer à discussão a questão de se ampliar trajetórias para as mulheres alçarem mais postos de direção nas organizações empresariais, como pontes que ultrapassem o ainda remanescente teto de vidro, que as impede de chegar e se manter em postos hierarquicamente superiores nas empresas. O caminho para tanto, se busca demonstrar neste trabalho, pode ser por meio do Compliance. Para o desenvolvimento deste trabalho foi utilizado o método teórico dedutivo, efetuando-se uma abordagem teórico-descritiva, com a aplicação da técnica de pesquisa bibliográfica. Nestes termos, consciente de que o assunto não permite o seu esgotamento, efetua-se um entendimento multifacetado do tema, com o propósito de demonstrar a relevância de se buscar soluções para este
