Resumo: Electronic transport in mesoscopic devices is a relevant current topic in theoretical and experimental physics. These nanostructures are constructed taking into account two fundamental geometries: the disordered wire and the kinetic cavity, in the rst the electrons load the charge di usively while in the second the charge is carried ballistically. One of the main characteristics of these systems refers to the type of ideal guide connected to them. The so-called NS junction is composed of a standard guide and another topological superconductor guide. The topological superconductors are characterized by the topological quantum number Q, which counts the number of bound states protected at the edges of the material. It is in this context that this work is based, we study the relationship between the transport observables as the conductance and the shot noise with the Q parameter. The system considered consists of a kinetic cavity and the fundamental symmetries of this confi guration involve the sub-symmetry or chiral symmetry (SLS), the time reversal symmetry (SRT) and the spin rotation symmetry (SRS) . The electronic transport through this interface is described by Andreev's reflection adding a new symmetry to the problem, the particle-hole symmetry (PHS). All these fundamental symmetries will be approached in the context of the theory of random matrices (TMA) with focus in obtaining the shot noise. Lastly, from the various techniques for obtaining transport observables, we have chosen the so-called diagrammatic technique or diagrammatic method (MD), which consists of extracting averages of functions involving random matrices on the so-called unit group.

Submitted by Mario BC (mario@bc.ufrpe.br) on 2018-12-21T15:59:01Z No. of bitstreams: 1 Edson Muniz Alves.pdf: 3224460 bytes, checksum: 670c6005d3c6eef61fb307e101353efc (MD5)Made available in DSpace on 2018-12-21T15:59:01Z (GMT).
