Resumo: | Amino acid-complexed minerals (AACM) in laying hens supplemented diets increase the absorption and bioavailability of microminerals. The objective was to evaluate the effect of different sources and levels of micro minerals (Zn, Mn and Cu) included on histological parameters, bone densitometry and mineral egg deposition. A total of 500 laying hens (Lohmann White) from 78 to 97 weeks of age were used, which were distributed in a completely randomized in factorial arrangement (1+2x2) design with five treatments, ten replicates and ten birds/cage. The treats were a control diet (Inorganic mineral-IM), and four other treatments, two sources complexed (glycinate and ZMCAA) and two levels Zn, Mn and Cu supplemented, low (20, 20 and 3.5 ppm of Zn, Mn and Cu) and high (40, 40 and 7 ppm of Zn, Mn and Cu, respectively). The data were submitted to the generalized linear procedure and the means compared by the tukey test (p <0.05). Complex sources, mainly the ZMCAA regardless of level, resulted in improvements of the morphometric parameters, bone densitometry and mineral deposition in the yolk eggs. The segments of the small intestine (duodenum, jejunum and ileum) had their characteristics changed, in which the use of a non-inorganic source resulted in balance in the height of the villus and depth of the crypt, villus/crypt and villus area, demonstrating better absorption of micro minerals studied. A source of ZMCAA shows the best results of intestinal integrity, better density and bone mineral matter and mineral deposition in egg yolk. |

Submitted by Mario BC (mario@bc.ufrpe.br) on 2023-06-01T18:07:28Z No. of bitstreams: 1 Leandro Moreira da Silva .pdf: 1011600 bytes, checksum: c604bc94812ca805e785bb7232680b9b (MD5)Made available in DSpace on 2023-06-01T18:07:28Z (GMT). Amino acid-complexed minerals (AACM) in laying hens supplemented diets increase the absorption and bioavailability of microminerals. |
