Resumo: The Institute of Education and Research - Inep, an organization linked to the Ministry of Education and Culture, provides a large volume of open educational data every year, encompassing various sectors, from basic education to higher education. The authors (FERREIRA; RODRIGUES; SOUZA, 2021) highlight the Brazilian scenario regarding research with open educational data. They analyzed academic works from 2010 to 2021, making it possible to obtain very important information from this research, such as the need to invest more in the field, for instance, by creating tools for information visualization in basic education. The majority of the research did not aim to develop solutions for visualization and extraction of such data. It is true that in the last three years, there has been an increase in the number of works on this topic compared to previous years, but further progress is necessary. With such progress, it is possible to generate new discussions to enhance the processes that govern Brazilian education, such as defining new public policies that vary according to different geographical areas of Brazil. This array of data provided by the Brazilian government is of fundamental importance for designing solutions, information visualization, and interpretation. There is a significant lack of use of open educational data in basic education. This dissertation project aims to develop and evaluate a panel with open educational data from the National High School Exam (Enem) for information visualization, applied and validated in a State Technical School in the interior of Pernambuco. In light of the above, the following research question was formulated to guide this work: What is the acceptance of a panel for analysis of open Enem data in high school, identifying the problems that affect user performance improvement and, thus, enabling the enhancement of application quality? In order to answer the guiding question, we adopted the DSRM (Design Science Research Methodology) methodology for the construction of the Dashboard, which foresees teacher participation in most stages of the process, from the generation of ideas, conception, and validation of the application. After extracting, cleaning, and structuring the Open Enem Data from a State Technical School's database, it is possible to observe, through various visualizations, the skills, difficulties, and competencies of the students. Finally, we believe that investing in information visualization systems with open educational data in basic education can lead to new decision-making in various perspectives of the school context, such as school planning and the conduct of practice exams, based on a broader perception of student performance in various curriculum components.

Estes analisaram os trabalhos acadêmicos entre os anos de 2010 até 2021, de modo que é possível obter informações muito importantes com este trabalho, como a necessidade de investir mais na área, criando, por exemplo, ferramentas para visualização de informação na educação básica. A grande maioria das pesquisas não se propuseram à criação de soluções para visualização e extração de tais dados. É bem verdade que, nos últimos três anos, houve aumento no número de trabalhos sobre essa temática comparado aos anos anteriores, mas é necessário avançar mais. Com tal avanço é possível gerar novas discussões para aprimorar os processos que regem a educação brasileira, como a definição de novas políticas públicas para mudanças de acordo com as áreas geográficas brasileiras. Essa gama de dados disponibilizados pelo governo brasileiro é de fundamental importância para concepção de soluções, visualização de informação e interpretação deles. Há uma carência expressiva no tocante à educação básica, com a utilização de dados educacionais abertos. Tal projeto de dissertação visa o Desenvolvimento e Avaliação de um Painel com Dados Educacionais Abertos do Enem para visualização de informação com dados abertos do Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio - Enem, aplicado e validado em uma Escola Técnica Estadual no interior de Pernambuco. Diante do exposto, foi pensado na seguinte questão de pesquisa para nortear este trabalho: Qual a aceitação de um painel para análises de dados abertos do Enem no Ensino Médio identificando os problemas que afetam o melhor desempenho do usuário e, dessa forma, possibilitar o aprimoramento da qualidade da aplicação? A fim de responder à questão norteadora, adotamos a metodologia DSRM (Design Science Research Methodology) para a construção do Dashboard em que se preveem participações dos docentes na maioria das etapas do processo, passando desde a fase de captação das ideias, concepção e até validação da aplicação. Após a extração, limpeza e estruturação dos Dados Abertos do Enem de uma Escola Técnica da Rede estadual de ensino, é possível observar, por meio de diversas visualizações, as habilidades, dificuldades e competências dos estudantes.
