The Information and Communication Technologies has had an impact on the distance between people and the way information is sought in different parts of the world, thus reducing the isolation between people and allowing access to information before it is difficult to access. Considering this view it is possible to say that Computerized Collaboration Systems have a significant impact on the propagation of information and users interested in increasing the number of information, for various reasons, personal or professional. The following study aims to provide users with interest, not only in rare diseases, but also in Mucopolysaccharidosis VI the possibility of accessing a portal that concentrates information useful and of interest to users. This development was based on the Conceptual Collaboration Models, developed in the TECNES Research Group, within UFRPE and the use of Design Thinking, which uses processes that make it possible to idealize and materialize solutions from the immersion in the context of a given problem. It was also developed an Android application, from the perspective of the PDCA cycle, in order to reach other users who do not yet have access to the portal developed.
