Resumo: The objective of this study was to determine the nutritional requirements of digestible lysine (DL), maintaining amino acid relation, for barrows, whole/immunocastrated male and female finishing in three phases slaughter weight (60-90; 90-120 and 120 to 150 kg). In each experiment were used 40 animals for each category evaluated with an experimental plot was composed of an animal in an individual box with five treatments (lysine levels) with eight replications. The experimental design was a randomized block considering the initial weight and statistical analysis were performed using the GLM procedure of SAS (SAS Institute Inc., 2001) considering the level of 10% probability. In the first phase (60-90 kg) were conducted three experiments females (F) 0.56; 0.70; 0.84; 0.98 and 1.12% LD; barrows (MC) 0.52; 0.66, 0.80, 0.94 and 1.08% LD and males (MI) 0.64, 0.78, 0.92, 1.06 and 1.20% LD). In the second phase (90 to 120 Kg) Three experiments were conducted: Female (F) 0.52; 0.66; 0.80; 0.94 and 1.08% of LD; barrows (MC) 0.50; 0.64; 0.78; 0.92 and 1.06% LD and imunocastrado males (MI) 0.56; 0.70; 0.84; 0.98 and 1.12% LD. In the third phase (120 to 150 kg), two experiments were conducted with females (F) and castrated male (MC) and lysine levels used were 0.50; 0.62; 0.74; 0.86 to 0.98% LD for both experiments. In all experiments we evaluate the performance variables (feed conversion, final weight, daily weight gain and feed intake) and housing variables (warm weight, yield, backfat thickness and loin depth). There was no effect (P> 0.10) of lysine levels on daily feed intake (CRD) in the three categories, castrated males (MC), males (MI) and females (F) donate 60 to 90 kg and of 90 females in the 120 kg, as well as no observed effect (P> 0.10) in final weight (PF) and average daily gain (ADG) in MC and MI (60 to 90 kg) and the three categories, barrows (MC), immunocastrated males (MI) and females (F) of 90 to 120 kg. The loin depth variables (PL), hot carcass weight (HCW) of MI, cost of feed per gain weight (CRGP), daily lysine intake (CLD) and conversion of lysine in the housing (CLC) in the three categories evaluated slaughtered at 120 kg was observed linear increase (p <0.10), however it was observed linear reduction (P <0.10) in backfat thickness of ultra sound (ETU) of F slaughtered at 90 kg. A quadratic effect (P <0.10) was observed for PF and weight gained by MC (0.93 and 0.96% LD) from 60 to 90 kg in F (0.86 and 0.87% LD) of 90 to 120 kg and in F (0.76 and 0.75% LD) and MC (0.77 and 0.78% LD ) of 120 to 150 kg. The CRD showed quadratic effect in F (0.77% LD) and MI (0.89% LD) of 90 to 120 kg and MC (0.80% LD) between 120 and 150 kg as well as the CA F (0.94; 0.96 and 0.75% LD) in 90 slaughter weights; 120 and 150 kg, respectively; in MI (1.03% LD) slaughtered at 90 kg in MI (0.85% LD) slaughtered at 120 kg and MC (0.85 and 0.77% LD) slaughtered at 120 and 150 kg, respectively . As for the housing data, observed a quadratic effect, PCQ of MI (0.93% LD) of 90 to 120 kg and MC (0.76% LD) and F (0.75% LD) between 120 and 150 kg.

Quanto aos dados de carcaça, observou efeito quadrático no PCQ dos MI (0,93% LD) dos 90 aos 120 Kg e dos MC (0,76% LD) e F (0,75% LD) dos 120 aos 150 Kg.Submitted by Mario BC (mario@bc.ufrpe.br) on 2017-06-22T12:53:06Z No. of bitstreams: 1 Andreza Lourenco Marinho.pdf: 1457635 bytes, checksum: 86f40f58aa3542469845beb24db7db50 (MD5)Made available in DSpace on 2017-06-22T12:53:06Z (GMT). description The objective of this study was to determine the nutritional requirements of digestible lysine (DL), maintaining amino acid relation, for barrows, whole/immunocastrated male and female finishing in three phases slaughter weight (60-90; 90-120 and 120 to 150 kg).
