Resumo: | We evaluated alternative ingredients for shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei, with the completion of three experiments, one of two digestibility and performance. We used 720 prawns, weighing 8g and density of 30 shrimp/200L The completely randomized design (CRD), with six treatments : a diet reference (RR) and five test diets containing 70 % RR and 30 % of the ingredient (poultry by-product meal - FV Hay of cassava leaf - FFM shrimp head meal - FCC, yeast cane sugar - LC Bran and castor - FM) and four replications. The FCC gave the best results of apparent digestibility coefficients (ADC) of gross energy, crude protein, ether extract, and LC showed the best result of the ADC of dry matter. In performance with LC and FCC, 210 was used for both shrimps, with an average weight of 2.0 g and 1.78 g, respectively, and 30 days for each experiment. The diets were composed of: basal diet with 0 % and three test diets with 10 %, 20 % and 30 % inclusion of the ingredient. DIC was used with four treatments and five replicates for both experiments. The results with LC, with the exception of weight gain (WG) and feed (CA), conversion there was no significant difference in survival (SOB), final weight (FW), biomass ( BMS ), productivity (PRD) and growth rate specific (TBI). The GP had the highest average with 20 % inclusion. But, the CA was worse linearly. The experiment with the FCC, IN and CA showed no significant difference (p >0.05). The PF and GP showed highest values with 20% FCC, better adjusted level of 25.61% and 25.92 %. BMS and PRD showed highest values for treatment with 30 %. The results indicate that LC and FCC feed can be used in shrimp, with levels of 20% and 30%, respectively. |

Submitted by Mario BC (mario@bc.ufrpe.br) on 2017-07-27T12:13:48Z No. of bitstreams: 1 Cesar Antunes Rocha Nunes.pdf: 832879 bytes, checksum: 82e05916fcda7ca4a8f77e03d7cc3212 (MD5)Made available in DSpace on 2017-07-27T12:13:48Z (GMT).
