The spatial analysis of bovine tuberculosis and the brucellosis was made through the construction of maps with the objective to verify the spatial distribution of these zoonosis at Recife´s Metropolitan Area, in the state of Pernambuco. It was used a database given by the “Agência de Defesa e Fiscalização Agropecuária de Pernambuco” (Adagro), which was composed by informations collected by Adagro´s agents about the bovine herds. For the brucellosis analysis, a database with informations of bovine herds from 134 farms was used, the serological diagnosis being made through a screening with a tamponade acidified antigen test (Rose Bengal) and a confirmatory test of the positive samples with a complement fixation test on the period from 2008 august to 2009 august. For the tuberculosis analysis were used informations about 132 farms, with cows that were submitted to the comparative tuberculinization test in the cervical region, on the period from 2014 february to 2014 december. For the spatial analysis was applied the Geographic location of the farms with their epidemiological data and the diagnosis results in maps with the local environment informations, enabling a study of the occurrence of the disease in the region with the use of Quantum Gis software. After the analysis it was verified that only five (3.7%) farms had positive animals for brucellosis and that none farm had positive animals for tuberculosis. It is recommended the development of public policies to assist health agencies of the region with the prevention of brucellosis occurrence.
