The research that underpins this dissertation is an exploratory empirical research of qualitative character, contemplating the bibliographic and documentary research related to the problem under study. The study aimed to investigate the relationship between feminism and consumption practices of evangelical women and, specifically, a) to verify the incidence of feminism in the practices of consumption of evangelical women; b) to identify feminist principles that support new consumption practices in evangelical women; c) understand the relationship between feminism and consumption practices of evangelical women. The methodological procedures incorporated in locus observation, informal conversations, field notes, and the application of an online questionnaire via Google form, also included the collection of secondary data. It was possible to identify changes in consumption practices among evangelical women resulting from contact with feminism for those who identify politically with feminist thinking. Equality, freedom and autonomy are among the principles of feminism that appear to focus on new consumption practices of evangelicals.
