Resumo: The Passiflora cincinnata Mast. species is gaining popularity in the market and it has been considered a wild species that has great potential to contribute to the genetic improvement of commercial passion fruit. This study aims to evaluate the genotypes of wild passion fruit (P. cincinnata) by using morphological descriptors, agronomic traits and molecular markers ISSR. The experimental was randomized blocks in simple scheme with five replications and two plants per plot. For morphoagronomic characterization were evaluated 22 quantitative traits and 13 qualitative characteristics. For molecular characterization 12 ISSR primers were tested. Ac cording to the mean squares obtained from the analyzes of the variance to 21 traits evaluated, it can be highlighted that the significant differences (p <0.01) among the means of the genotypes for all traits. It was found that for the 21 morphological traits measured, which contributed most to the diversity was the MI (internode mean) with 43.12%, followed by DH5 (diameter stems to 5 cm of soil) and LS (spread sepal). The average similarity found was 68%. UBC 887 and UBC 841 primers stood out with the highest values for the attributes of the markers observed, demonstrating suitability to use in researches of different types of P. cincinnata. It was diagnosed low genetic variability among genotypes. The genotypes have potential to be used in breeding programs, especially those exploiting obtaining ornamental passiflora.

Diante do exposto, este trabalho tem como objetivo avaliar genótipos de maracujá-do-mato (P. cincinnata) por meio de descritores morfológicos e descritores agronômicos, além de marcadores moleculares do tipo ISSR, visando identificar variabilidade genética. O delineamento experimental foi em blocos casualizados em esquema simples com cinco repetições, com duas plantas por parcela. Para caracterização morfoagronômica foram avaliadas 22 características quantitativas e 13 características qualitativas. Para caracterização molecular foram testados 12 primers de ISSR. De acordo com os quadrados médios obtidos das análises de variância para as 21 características avaliadas pode-se ressaltar as diferenças significativas (p<0,01) entre as médias dos genótipos para todos os caracteres avaliados. Verificou-se que para os 21 descritores morfológicos avaliados, o que mais contribuiu para a diversidade foi o MI (média internódio) com 43,12%, seguido por DH5 (diâmetro das hastes a 5 centímetros do solo) e LS (largura da sépala). A similaridade média encontrada foi 68%. Os primers UBC 887 e UBC 841 se destacaram com os valores mais altos para os atributos dos marcadores observados, demonstrando aptidão para serem utilizados em pesquisas de diversidade em P. cincinnata. Foi diagnosticada baixa variabilidade genética entre os genótipos avaliados.
