Caracterização morfológica, histoquímica e relação gonadossomática e hepatossomática do hepatopâncreas e ovários de Panulirus echinatus durante o desenvolvimento reprodutivo

This study aimed to characterize the morphology and immunohistochemistry to examine the ovaries and hepatopancreas and relate to the gonadosomatic and hepatosomatic index of Panulirus echinatus during reproductive development. For this, 165 females were collected between the months of March 2011 through February 2012 in Beaches and Sheep in the city of Tamandaré Tamandaré, South coast of the state of Pernambuco. The animals were transported in coolers with ice to the Laboratory of Histology DMFA/UFRPE. Where were weighed, measured and removed the hepatopancreas and gonads for histological analysis. The gonads and hepatopancreas were fixed in 10% neutral formalin in seawater for paraffin and a 4% glutaraldehyde for inclusion in historesin. After paraffin embedded material was cut into manual microtome set to 5  m. The sections were stained with hematoxylin/eosin and by Masson's trichrome. The material included in historesin was cut into appropriate microtome set to 3 m. The sections were stained with hematoxylin/phloxine, of Ponceau xylidine, PAS + hematoxylin, Alcian Blue pH 2.5 and pH 0.5 and Sudan Black. After staining the sections were observed under light microscope and photographed. Were determined gonadossomáticos hepatossomáticos and indexes using the analysis of variance with a criterion (one-way ANOVA), being used for post - hoc Tukey. The results produced two papers: (1) Ratio of gonadossomáticos indexes and hepatossomáticos of Panulirus echinatus at during reproductive development and (2) Histochemistry Analysis of ovaries and hepatopancreas of Panulirus echinatus during the maturation period. After analyzing the results it is concluded that: The species studied, presents a fractional spawning throughout the year, with reproductive peak in summer.
