Resumo: | Introduction: Permanent health education comprises different training courses, proposing to strengthen teams and generate greater quality at work. The focus on everyday life means that health professionals are always looking for improvements in practices and better resolution of problems. With the advent of the covid-19 pandemic, there was a need for changes in the organization of care within the unified health system, resulting in the need to develop permanent education actions directing patient care and promoting worker health prevention. Objective: To identify the strategies used during the covid-19 pandemic to carry out permanent health education actions. Method: An integrative literature review was carried out by consulting data on online platforms: Scielo, Lilacs and Medline. Results: 58 articles were found, from which those that did not respond to the study objective (30 articles), contained in more than one platform (6 articles), and (2 articles) did not allow free access were excluded. Final Considerations: The Covid-19 pandemic brought important challenges and the ability to respond to new demands. Thus, permanent education has become fundamental, training and instrumentalization being the most used examples for this the technological and interactive tools. |
