Resumo: | Peripheral nerve injuries are common and can trigger the patient a large sensory and functional loss. In order to minimize this loss and reduce the number of invalid patients, improving their quality of life, many techniques and surgical and postsurgical are studied. The therapy with stem cells derived from adipose tissue is one of them, since they are pluripotent mesenchymal cells with ability to differentiation in several lineages. However, this method still is successfully restricted in vitro, impacting the clinical area because it is an invasive technique, with mutagenesis risks in addition to high costs. Another technique that was used was end-to-end neurorrhaphy, used in there pair of peripheral nerve injuries to the union of the proximal and distal stumps damaged by a suture, but if the distance between the stumps present about 5 cm recommended the use of autologous nerve graft, nerve repair strategy considered the gold standard in humans, however, entail loss sensitive to the patient. As a complementary therapeutic tool, LLLT has gained prominence for being a non-invasive treatment and has positive results in regeneration and functional recovery. This research aimed to evaluate the effect of laser therapy in peripheral nerve injury repair after tubing technique filled with fat. It were used 60 Wistar rats, males, with 80 days of life, supplied by the vivarium of University of Sacred Heart random divided in to six groups of 10 animal search: Control Group (CG), denervated group (GD), tubulization group (GT), tubulization group with fat (GTG), tubing and Laser Group (GTL) and tubing group with fat and Laser (GTGL). The GTG and GTGL groups underwent laser treatment three times a week lasting 90 seconds for 90 days. In the morphometric valuations soleus muscles, extensor digitorum longus and tibial and in the function evaluation the GTGL group obtained the best result. Thus, with the results, it was concluded that the combination of fat in tubulization, as well as the use of laser therapy provided positive results in peripheral nerve repair and functional improvement process. |

A fim de minimizar essa perda e o prognóstico funcional final deste paciente com qualidade de vida, muitas técnicas e tratamentos cirúrgicos e pós-cirúrgicos são estudados. A terapia com células-tronco derivadas de tecido adiposo é uma delas, uma vez que são células mesenquimais pluripotentes com capacidade de diferenciação em várias linhagens. Contudo, esse método ainda apresenta sucesso restrito in vitro, impactando na área clínica por tratar-se de uma técnica invasiva, com riscos de mutagênese, além de altos custos. Outra técnica que foi utilizada foi a neurorrafia término-terminal (NTT), utilizada no reparo de lesões de nervos periféricos para fazer a união dos cotos proximais e distais lesados por meio de uma sutura, mas caso a distância entre os cotos apresentar aproximadamente 5 cm, recomenda-se o uso de enxerto de nervo autólogo, estratégia de reparo nervoso considerada padrão ouro em humanos, entretanto, acarretará perda sensitiva para o paciente. Como recurso terapêutico complementar, a laserterapia tem ganhado destaque por ser um tratamento não invasivo e possuir resultados positivos na regeneração e recuperação funcional. Essa pesquisa teve como objetivo avaliar o efeito da laserterapia no reparo de lesão nervosa periférica após a técnica de tubulização preenchida com tecido adiposo. Foram utilizados 60 ratos da linhagem Wistar, machos, com 80 dias de vida, fornecidos pelo Biotério da Universidade do Sagrado Coração divididos aleatoriamente em seis grupos experimentais com 10 animais cada: Grupo Controle (GC), Grupo Desnervado (GD), Grupo Tubulização (GT), Grupo Tubulização com Gordura (GTG), Grupo Tubulização e Laser (GTL) e Grupo Tubulização com Gordura e Laser (GTGL). Os grupos GTL e GTGL foram submetidos ao tratamento com laser três vezes por semana com duração de 90 segundos, durante 90 dias. Nas avaliações morfométricas dos músculos Sóleo, Extensor Longo dos Dedos e Tibial Cranial e na avaliação funcional o grupo GTGL obteve o melhor resultado.
