Resumo: The aim of this research is to develop an analysis method of contemporary urban mobility from the perspective of a person and his/her private understanding of the capacity of the environment into which he/she is inserted as central elements of this phenomenon. Parting from the concepts of no-place, heterotopia, topology, proxemics and semiotics, an analysis system was devised of the informational and interpersonal specificities stemming from public spaces and edified with different formal, functional and special characteristics. The results indicate that these concepts are based on the semantic perception method by means of the elaboration of a concentric-radial diagram based on the image analysis of the city, which allows synthesizing the innumerable qualitative interpretations of urban mobility from a specific point of view each person.

A partir dos conceitos de não-lugar, heterotopia, topologia, proxêmica e semiótica, foi elaborado um sistema de análise das especificidades informacionais e interpessoais provenientes de espaços públicos e edificados com diferentes características formais, funcionais e espaciais.
