Resumo: This article brings out urban questions related to the space occupation in the city of Sao Paulo starting from its very central area. It is also about the businesses as well as events which are the base for urban tourism leading to the significance of its structure as a result of its historie process linked to the space appropriation. These which highlights forms of use, bringing out the value of numerous economic activities, including tourism. Sao Paulo is a city in which tourism flow is very constant, however there are more actions to be taken related to the tourism organisation yet.
