Resumo: | After four years developing an action research directed to family care in groups, involving cases of sexual abuse in children and adolescents, the researchers tried to learn the feelings and difficulties, in the research implementation, experienced by teachers who coordinate, supervise, attend and are responsible for the project. Six university teachers, responsible and active in the project were the study subjects: five were female and one male, with ages between 30 and 57 years, bachelor's degree from 10 to 33 years. The instrument was sent and replied by e-mail. The results showed that emotional issues, gender and personal experience are present in the supervision of this theme. The female supervisors, although seen as fragile for being women, significantly contribute for public and political life through the creation of opportunities for women and children, so that they can express themselves and also evidence hierarchy and power issues. |

Desarrollamos una pesquisa acerca del método de atención familiar en grupo, con casos de abuso sexual envolviendo niños y/o adolescentes. En este texto buscamos conocer los sentimientos y dificultades en la adopción de este método con relación a los profesores supervisores que coordinan, hacen supervisión, atienden y también son responsables y actuantes en el proyecto: cinco de ellos del sexo femenino y uno del masculino, con edades entre 30 y 57 años, tiempo de graduación entre 10 y 33 años. El instrumento les fue enviado y respondido por e-mail. Los resultados mostraron que las cuestiones emocionales, de género y de la experiencia personal están presentes en la supervisión acerca del tema. Las supervisoras, aunque sean vistas como frágiles por que son mujeres, expresan una contribución significativa para la vida pública y política, por intermedio de la creación de oportunidades para que las mujeres y los niños tengan vez y voz, además de evidenciar cuestiones de jerarquía y poder. Após desenvolvermos por quatro anos uma pesquisa-ação voltada ao atendimento familiar em grupo, com casos de abuso sexual de crianças e adolescentes, procuramos conhecer sentimentos e dificuldades na sua implementação com relação aos professores que coordenam, supervisionam, atendem e são responsáveis pelo projeto como um todo. Os sujeitos foram seis professores universitários, responsáveis e atuantes no projeto: cinco deles do sexo feminino e um do masculino, faixa etária entre 30 e 57 anos, tempo de graduação entre 10 e 33 anos. O instrumento foi enviado e respondido por e-mail. Os resultados mostraram que questões emocionais, de gênero e de experiência pessoal estão presentes na supervisão sobre este tema. As supervisoras, embora vistas como frágeis por serem mulheres, expressam uma contribuição significativa para a vida pública e política, por intermédio da criação de oportunidades para que mulheres e crianças tenham vez e voz, além de evidenciarem questões de hierarquia e poder.
