Resumo: We hereby introduce some considerations on the belongingness as a basic human need. In the group life, in the man-to-man relationship, there are basic aspects of which we mention the interpersonal needs, the acceptance, the empathy, values and beliefs, as well as cultural factors, based on some authors perspective.
