Resumo: The objective of this paper was to verify the use of variables included in the information Theory in study that deals with verbal interaction between AIDS patients and Nursing team. The results showed that the use of the variability calculation in data retained in SAVI matrix improves the statistical data and permit that the quality of the dialogue can be evaluated.
