Resumo: The autohrs refer to the importance of the nurse's performance regarding the care of the high-risk newborn. Different aspects of assistance and education related to this problem are considered. They, also, emphasize the role of the nurse in keeping the parents informed about the conditions of their baby to help them to overcome the actual family crisis.
