Resumo: This paper analyzes organizational experience of the XIV National Conference of Landscaping Teaching in Schools of Architecture and Urbanism in Brazil (Enepea) held the city of Santa Maria, Rio Grande do Sul, in 2018. It presents the activities prior to the event, such as the collective elaboration of actions, team formation, search for support and creation of the visual identity, and describes the activities carried out during the event, such as lectures, workshops, and debates. Such record as a scientific article seeks to be a reference for future events, which are little explored by national publications. The final considerations reflect about the event.

The final considerations reflect about the event.Este artigo apresenta a experiência de organização do XIV Encontro Nacional de Ensino de Paisagismo em Escolas de Arquitetura e Urbanismo no Brasil (Enepea), em 2018, na cidade de Santa Maria (RS). A publicação apresenta as atividades anteriores ao evento, como a construção coletiva das ações, a formação de equipe, a busca por apoio e a elaboração da identidade visual, assim como descreve a realização de atividades durante o evento, tais como palestras, oficinas e mesas redondas. O objetivo é registrar as atividades do XIV Enepea em formato de artigo científico, de forma a ser parte das referências para eventos futuros, pouco registrados em publicações nacionais. O artigo apresenta, nas suas considerações, reflexões sobre o evento.Universidade de São Paulo.
