Resumo: In this article, our purpose is to read seven of Luis Miguel Nava’s poems - “Ars poética”, “Ars erotica”,“Paixão”, “O último reduto” “O mar”, “Ao mínimo clarão” and “Através da nudez” – part of the author’s work collection published by Dom Quixote, 2002, with the title “Poesia Completa”. In our readings, we will employ aspects of Queer Theory, aligned to Literary Studies, in order to demonstrate how the body, not only of the poet but also the poem’s itself, serve as platform for the emergence of new subjectivities which invites the reader to experience a sensorial trajectory that explores unusual forms of pleasure, beyond touch and vision, uncovering the bodies in interaction as part of the enjoyment of reading.
