Summary: Markets become increasingly dynamic today, and new forms of competition arise causing companies seek to adapt and explore changes in their business environments looking for opportunities to create new technological and strategic cycles. Given this scenario, we sought to examine the elements of technological trajectory and managerial maturity affecting cooperabilidade, having as object of investigation Brazilian multinationals (MNB). To achieve these goals a descriptive qualitative study was conducted and case studies with Petrobras, Braskem and Oxiteno. As a result, it was possible to conceptualize and structure the elements of the trajectory and maturity of cooperabilidade from the survey and the strategic management processes that affect the local and global innovation of MNB studied.

Diante desse cenário, buscou-se analisar como ocorre o desenvolvimento das capacidades dinâmicas de inovação e cooperação nas multinacionais brasileiras (MNB). Especificamente, analisou-se os elementos da (a) trajetória e da (b) maturidade que afetam as capacidades dinâmicas de inovação e cooperação nas MNB. Para atingir estes objetivos foi realizada uma pesquisa qualitativa descritiva e foram realizados estudos de caso com a Petrobras, Braskem e Oxiteno. Como conclusão final, foi possível conceituar e estruturar os elementos da trajetória e da maturidade da cooperabilidade e também mapear as práticas estratégicas e gerenciais que potencializaram o desenvolvimento da cooperabilidade na MMB estudadas.Universidade de São Paulo.
