Resumo: Este trabajo enfatiza la importancia de conocer y transmitir la experiencia histórica de una genealogía de mujeres feministas pacifistas. Se apoya en los estudios de paz y las epistemologías feministas para validar un conocimiento que emerge de un movimiento social. Introduce algunas nociones básicas sobre conflictos, violencia y cultura de paz. Critica la unión naturalizada entre mujeres y paz e identifica el Congreso Internacional de Mujeres de La Haya, 1915, como el momento que nace organizativamente un feminismo pacifista.

It draws on peace studies and feminist epistemologies to validate a knowledge that emerges from a social movement. It introduces some basic notions of conflict, violence and peace culture. She criticises the naturalised link between women and peace and identifies the International Women’s Congress in The Hague, 1915, as the moment when pacifist feminism was born organisationally.Este trabalho enfatiza a importância de conhecer e transmitir a experiência histórica de uma genealogia de mulheres feministas pacifistas.
