The Pedagogical Residence Program as a policy for initial education for teachers: perceptions of those involved

Resumo: | The Brazil has been discussing teacher training for years, the countri has considering the construction of theoretical knowledge, its relationship with the development of aspects related to professional practice and reflective training. Therefore, the school show in a prespective of space whereupon the first social experiences take place, but also promotes citizenship training. Wherefore, This paper analyzes the speeches made on three recorded meetings of Pedagogical Residency program of the Federal University of Norte do Tocantins, with the presence of coordinator, teacher and resident students, where the group analysed the skill EM13CNT103, exposed in the National Common Curricular Base. The intention of the program was to bring to the resident students the experience about the classroom lived by the coordinator and participating teacher of the group. The research took place remotely due to the pandemic moment. Therefore, the relevance of this work lies in describing the initial teacher training process developed by the Pedagogical Residency program at UFNT. It is observed that the performance of the coordinator and professor in relation to the development of scripts requested from the residents, provided due progress during the meetings, focusing on the crafted skill. In conclusion, the PRP aims to improve teacher training through the necessary articulation between what students, observing mainly the learn at the university and what they develop in the practice of PRP, considering that it is precisely one of the most important aspects of knowledge of the practice of the licensee. Therefore, the pedagogical residency at UFNT is designed with the purpose of showing the resident a broad field of knowledge, composed of different realities. |

Therefore, the pedagogical residency at UFNT is designed with the purpose of showing the resident a broad field of knowledge, composed of different realities.A formação inicial docente para a educação básica tem sido discutida no Brasil ao longo dos anos considerando a construção de conhecimentos teóricos, sua relação com o desenvolvimento de aspectos voltados à prática profissional e à formação reflexiva. Com isso, a escola apresenta-se em uma dimensão como um espaço no qual se dão as primeiras experiências sociais, portanto, também lócus em que se pode observar, a partir dele, possibilidades para a formação cidadã. Com isso, o objetivo deste trabalho é analisar três as reuniões gravadas do programa Residência Pedagógica da Universidade Federal do Norte do Tocantins, onde estavam envolvidos a coordenadora, preceptor e os residentes, para assim observar a percepção dos residentes, referente à habilidade EM13CNT103, exposta na Base Nacional Comum Curricular, através da análise de discurso. O programa antecipa a experiência normativa em sala de aula, para os residentes, a partir das vivências realizadas dentro e fora da escola, em conjunto com o professor preceptor e a docente coordenadora institucional do Programa. Devido a situação pandêmica que nos impedia de termos contato, dispusemos da realização das nossas pesquisas de forma remota, assim como a maioria das universidades, portanto, tivemos que analisar as reuniões gravadas e fornecidas pela coordenadora do projeto, impedindo-nos assim de fazer uma pesquisa participativa que nos traria mais informação devido as possibilidades dessa interação presencial. Logo, a relevância deste trabalho está em descrever o processo de formação inicial do professor ofertado pelo programa Residência Pedagógica na UFNT. Por meio disso, fica evidente a atuação da coordenadora e preceptor em relação os alunos participantes, observada pelo desenvolvimento do roteiro durante período de análise do programa, proporcionando avanço no decorrer das reuniões, em relação ao entendimento sobre elaboração do roteiro, tendo como foco a habilidade trabalhada. Por fim, o PRP visa o aprimoramento da formação docente por meio da necessária articulação entre o que os alunos aprendem na universidade e o que desenvolvem na prática da PRP, considerando que é justamente um dos aspectos mais importantes do conhecimento da prática do licenciando.
