Resumo: This article analyzes research that addresses games for teaching and learning mathematical content and concepts from the perspective of inclusive education. Objective: To verify whether the games presented are designed from the perspective of Universal Design (UD) and, also, whether the methodologies have a Universal Design for Learning (DUA) approach. Methods: The research methodology is of a qualitative nature, in which works returned in searches carried out in three databases are described and discussed: Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), Catalog of Theses and Dissertations of the Coordination for the Improvement of Level Personnel Superior (Capes) and Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (BDTD). When considering the studies analyzed, two mention UD in game development and none make reference to the term “universal design for learning”, despite bringing some evidence of such an approach. Result: It can be stated the need for wide dissemination and effectiveness of the DU perspective in the development of games for teaching and learning Mathematics, as well as the implementation of the DU approach as a way to have truly inclusive schools, which meet everyone, regardless of their needs and disabilities. Final considerations: There are few works focused on the conception of the DU and on the approach of the UPD, thus perceiving an important gap, thus evidencing the need for more research and studies on these themes.

Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná (UTFPR)Cassano, Adriana RinaldiMuzzio, Andrea LannesGóes, Anderson Roges Teixeira2022-11-22info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionDossiê Temáticoapplication/pdfhttps://periodicos.utfpr.edu.br/actio/article/view/1530110.3895/actio.v7n3.15301ACTIO: Teaching in Sciences; v. 7, n. 3 (2022); 1-23ACTIO: Docência em Ciências; v. 7, n. 3 (2022); 1-232525-892310.3895/actio.v7n3reponame:Actio (Curitiba)instname:Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná (UTFPR)instacron:UTFPRporhttps://periodicos.utfpr.edu.br/actio/article/view/15301/9179https://periodicos.utfpr.edu.br/actio/article/downloadSuppFile/15301/2600Direitos autorais 2022 ACTIO: Docência em Ciênciashttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess2022-12-22T19:18:54Zoai:periodicos.utfpr:article/15301Revistahttps://periodicos.utfpr.edu.br/actio/PUBhttps://periodicos.utfpr.edu.br/actio/oaimarcelolambach@utfpr.edu.br||actio-ct@utfpr.edu.br||periodicos@utfpr.edu.br2525-89232525-8923opendoar:2022-12-22T19:18:54Actio (Curitiba) - Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná (UTFPR)false
