Resumo: This work has how I aim to articulate the historical category type and the concept ofclass in the context of the working town inaugurated in 1892. The system town-factory had likemark established a harmonious relation between the interests of the capital in the face of explorationof the hard-working class. The paternalistic image built by the industrialists, it was aiming that ofthe father confused the authority of employers, in order that (the) workers secured the integration of(them) to the productive pomp, rescuing the image of the family to think the factory like anextension of the home, when the conflict capital / work is denied, legitimizing and restricting thesocial papers between the 'sexes', in the limits of the sphere of production (public) and reproduction(deprived), and suggesting the idea of a harmonious cooperation between all / them. So, theworking town was an important historical component to understand the placed in a hierarchyrelations of type from the place of class and the social conflicts originating from this dynamic oneof exploration and oppression: the working strikes of (general) June and September 1919-year-old(weavers).
