Resumo: This article aims at to expose a partner-historical reading of the process of formation of the literary canon proposing, in the same way, your “problematização”. With that debate, it intends to question the absence of the groups socially marginalized of the literary canon, as it is the women writers' case, and, above all, to relate the practice of the canonization to one of the own resources in the way of unequal distribution of the powers in the society. The objective principal of that research is to develop the idea that the process of formation of the canon is part of the interests of a traditional literary system, that, for your time, it is resulted of the practices imperialists of restraining the society.

Com esse debate, pretende-se questionar a ausência dos grupos socialmente marginalizados do cânone literário, como é o caso das mulheres escritoras, e, acima de tudo, relacionar a prática da canonização a um dos recursos próprios do modo de distribuição desigual dos poderes na sociedade.
