ISABELLA'S NARDONI CASE: THE PREMEDITATE SENTENSE OF A PHOTO COVERAGE OF VEJA MAGAZINE

Resumo: This article intends to investigate the possibility of Veja magazine released a photo coverage based in the Isabella's Nardoni case, a girl of five years that was stranguledand throwed from the window of the sixth floor of an apartment - crime that deeply touchedthe brazilian public opinion. To do that, were selected six editions of the magazine, all immediately after the murder culminated, in the latest edition evaluated, with the arrest, citedas defendants, the father and stepmother of Isabella, the main suspects for the crime. Theanalysis took based on analytical theory of deconstruction and included notes on photographicedition. It was found/conclued that the magazine tryed to induce the reader to the eventhought that it had - a thought without any juridical embasament showed through pictures,Isabella's father and stepmother as the guilty for her murder.

Para tanto foram selecionadas seis revistas, todas imediatamenteposteriores ao assassinato culminando, na última edição avaliada, com aprisão, já como réus, do pai e da madrasta de Isabella, os principaissuspeitos pelo crime.
