Resumo:  This paper starts from an straigh analysys of modern tracks there still are presents in our contemporary social organization and, using the criticism basis, asks for the possibility and viability of thinking utopic projects. Arranging an analysis board with two contemporary authors (Wolfgang Welsch and Richard Rorty), produces a by-pass to think the place of the individual in the social field. It concludes with the same phrasis that begins.

It concludes with the same phrasis that begins.  Este trabalho toma como ponto de partida uma análise dos traços de modernidade ainda vigentes em nossa organização social contemporânea e, no âmbito da crítica, coloca em questão a viabilidade de pensar-se projetos utópicos. Compondo um quadro de análise com dois autores contemporâneos (Wofgang Welsch e Richard Rorty), produz-se um desvio na direção de rever a posição do indivíduo no campo social. A epígrafe, por fim, é recolocada como via de conclusão para a reflexão proposta.
