Resumo: In the face of new conceptions on the paradigm of communication, conceptions expected and necessary in education today, teachers find that in your practice, have difficulties to hear what the student you demand These teachers were built in the middle of a speech of educational oppressor woman, which poses a position of passivity and child, this attitude that keeps them in their students. This brings us an experience of a change of attitude of the teachers in a school in particular from a work based on listening and referential of psychoanalysis. Since it propose a reflection of the psychoanalytic work in the educational, not a promoter of change of position of the woman teacher and oppressed, but as allows the slip of suffering that prevent a practice more rewarding for teachers and students, both in relation to learning, as social relationships at school.

Since it propose a reflection of the psychoanalytic work in the educational, not a promoter of change of position of the woman teacher and oppressed, but as allows the slip of suffering that prevent a practice more rewarding for teachers and students, both in relation to learning, as social relationships at school.Diante das novas concepções relativas ao paradigma da comunicação, concepções esperadas e necessárias na educação atual, encontramos professoras que, em sua prática, tem dificuldades de escutar o que o aluno lhe demanda Essas professoras foram construídas em meio a um discurso educacional opressor da mulher, que as coloca numa posição de passividade e infantilidade, postura esta que elas mantém em seus alunos. Este artigo nos traz uma experiência de mudança de postura das professoras situadas em uma escola específica a partir de um trabalho baseado na escuta e referencial da psicanálise.
